She Is a Self-proclaimed Feminist

Ester Expósito is a self-proclaimed feminist who often uses her acting platform and her social media reach to promote positive changes in gender equality. In her interview with Bello magazine, she boldly stated, “I also want to fight for and use my voice to continue moving forward in the feminist movement.” She further hoped to be able to bring her children into a world “without inequality and injustice” and want them to understand the feminist movement. Apart from feminism, she also often speaks about other social issues through her Instagram. Before the recent Spanish general elections, Ester Expósito criticized the far-right party Vox and talked against racism, sexism and homophobia while sharing another post by a pro-feminist group.

She Loves Scuba Diving

Ester Expósito is a very active person who loves outdoor activities like swimming and hiking. She learned scuba diving as a little girl and loves to spend time under the sea whenever she gets the opportunity. She possibly learned to embrace the waves as a child from her father because a picture of him she once shared on her Instagram showed him steering a boat. Her favorite animal is the white shark, even though she has not seen one in real life. A workaholic, she even compared her career – hunting for meaty roles – to the life of a white shark.
